Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Policy

All MasterWebinar.app subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During this period, users have
full access to all features of the selected plan (Starter or Pro), including:

  • Automated webinars
  • Live webinars
  • Custom registration pages
  • Call-to-actions
  • Chat simulation
  • Email integrations
  • Analytics & reports

No payment is charged during the trial period. If you cancel your account within the 7 days, you will not be billed.

2. Subscription Activation & Billing

After the 7-day free trial ends, your selected plan will be automatically activated and your payment method will be charged:

  • Starter Plan: $59/month or $590/year (includes 2 months free)
  • Pro Plan: $99/month or $990/year (includes 2 months free + priority support)

Billing will recur monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan at signup. Charges will continue until the subscription is canceled.

3. No Refund Policy

MasterWebinar.app does not offer refunds after the trial period ends. Once your subscription has been activated and billed,
all charges are final and non-refundable — including monthly and annual payments.

We strongly encourage all users to explore the platform fully during the 7-day free trial to determine if it meets
their business needs before committing to a paid plan.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the trial or before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. Here’s how:

  • Email us at: support@masterwebinar.app
  • Use the subject: “Cancellation Request”
  • Include the email address used for your account

Cancellations are processed manually by our support team within 24 business hours.

5. Upgrade, Downgrade, and Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading:

  • Your new plan becomes active immediately
  • A pro-rated charge may apply based on remaining days in your billing cycle

Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time when downgrading or canceling.

6. Legal Acknowledgment

By registering for a trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • You waive the right to dispute charges after the trial has ended
  • This policy is compliant with U.S. consumer protection regulations and FTC standards
