1. IS THIS A CLOUD-BASED PLATFORM OR DESKTOP SOFTWARE?

MasterWebinar.app is fully cloud-based — no downloads, no installers. Accessible on any browser.

2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRIAL ENDS?

After the 7-day trial, you’ll be charged the monthly or annual price of your plan (based on what you selected at checkout). If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.

3. CAN I CANCEL EASILY?

Yes. You manage your own subscription in our secure Billing Portal.

From there you can cancel, change plans, or update payment anytime.
If you’re on a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid charges. After canceling a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; future renewals stop. No refunds.

4. IS MY CARD CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes. After the trial, Stripe automatically processes your first payment based on the plan you selected.

5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) securely through Stripe.

6. IS THERE A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access instead of refunds. Explore everything risk-free and cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. After the trial, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals anytime.

7. CAN I RUN MY WEBINARS IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?

Yes. Your funnel pages—Registration, Watch Room, Replay, Thank You, etc.—are fully customizable and can be set to any language. All text is editable.

  • Dashboard/UI: The platform interface is in English, but if you don’t speak English you can use your browser’s built-in translator (right-click → “Translate to …”) to navigate the dashboard easily.

  • What attendees see: Your audience only sees the language you configure on your funnel pages.

  • Pro tip: You can run multiple funnels in different languages under the same account.

8. CAN I EMBED THE REGISTRATION AND LIVE WEBINAR ON MY WEBSITE?

Short answer: Registration: yes. Live session: no.

What you can embed (works anywhere—WordPress, landing pages, member areas):

  • Registration button or inline form that sends sign-ups to your MasterWebinar event (your brand + your domain on the promo page).

  • Optional: open the Watch Room link in a new tab after signup (keeps your site as the promo hub).

What you can’t embed:

  • The full live Watch Room (player + real-time chat, polls, timed offers).
    Those interactive features run inside our secure broadcast room to guarantee reliability, low latency, and accurate engagement/attendance tracking.

Workaround (limited):

If you simulcast to YouTube as a backup, you can embed that YouTube stream on your site—but you’ll lose the in-room tools (chat, polls, timed offers, conversions panel).

Best practice:

  • Use your site to drive traffic, brand the offer, and collect registrations.

  • Let the webinar run on MasterWebinar to leverage the interaction tools and delivery optimizations.
