Manage subscription (Billing Portal)

1) Trial & Billing

How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full access for 7 days. A payment method is required. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically at the price you selected (monthly or annual).

Can I cancel easily?
Yes. You manage your own subscription in our secure Billing Portal: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/aFa5kEe2j7lHgE54Mo4ko00
Cancel during the trial to avoid charges. If you cancel a paid plan, access continues until the end of the current billing period; future renewals stop. No refunds.

Do you offer refunds?
No. The free trial exists so you can test everything before paying.

How do upgrades/downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Manage changes in the Billing Portal.

What’s included in each plan?

  • Automated Webinar (Unlimited): unlimited automated (evergreen) webinars & attendees.

  • Live Webinar (up to 500): unlimited live sessions, up to 500 attendees per session.

  • Combo: Automated (unlimited) + Live (up to 500) under one subscription.

3) Video Sources & Hosting

Which video sources can I use?

  • Upload your video to MasterWebinar (hosting included).

  • Link a direct MP4 URL or use YouTube/Vimeo.

  • Reuse live recordings and turn them into evergreen webinars.

Can I embed the live webinar on my site?
You can embed the registration button/form anywhere. The live session (Watch Room) runs on our platform to support real-time chat, polls, and timed CTAs. If you stream to YouTube, you may embed that player on your site—but engagement tools won’t be available there.


4) Pages, Languages & Localization

Are the funnel pages customizable and multilingual?
Yes. Registration, Watch Room, Replay, Thank-You pages are fully editable and can be set to any language.

What about the dashboard language?
The platform dashboard/UI is in English. If needed, use your browser’s translator (right-click → “Translate to …”). Attendees only see the language you configure on your funnel pages.

Can I run funnels in different languages at once?
Yes. You can run multiple funnels in different languages under the same account.


5) Engagement, Offers & Payments

Do you process payments inside the webinar?
No. Use timed CTAs/buttons in your webinar to send attendees to your checkout/cart.

What engagement tools are included?
Live chat, Q&A, polls (for Live); live-style chat and AI Chat for automated sessions.


6) Integrations, Email & Analytics

Integrations
Connect via Zapier and Webhooks to major CRMs and email tools for registrations, tagging, and follow-ups.

Email reminders
Built-in reminders before/after sessions. Configure copy and timing to match your funnel.

Analytics
Simple, useful metrics focused on registrations, attendance, watch time, and CTA clicks.

We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Logged-in customers can also use Hush Help (in-app) for guided steps.
