📧 Email Credits

  • What it is: Every automated email sent (confirmation, reminders, follow-ups) consumes 1 credit.

  • Free allowance: Each plan includes free monthly credits. Example: 10,000 complimentary email credits per month.

  • Additional credits: If you use all free credits, you can easily purchase more inside your account.

  • Fair usage: Previously managed by our Fair Use Policy, now simplified through credits.

  • Alternative: You can also integrate with external email providers (MailerLite, Mailgun, ActiveCampaign, etc.) if you prefer to manage subscribers outside MasterWebinar. Click

How to View & Export Registrants

  1. Go to your Webinar Dashboard.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to your webinar.
  3. Select View Analytics.
  4. In the Registrant section, you can view and export subscriber information.
