Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is MasterWebinar?
MasterWebinar is a flexible webinar platform with two core solutions:

Automated Webinars to sell on autopilot 24/7.

Live Webinars for real-time events, launches, and training.
You can choose either plan separately or get the All-in-One Combo for the complete solution.
2) How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full access for 7 days. A payment method is required. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically at the price you selected (monthly or annual).
3) Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You manage your own subscription in our secure Billing Portal. Open Manage subscription: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/aFa5kEe2j7lHgE54Mo4ko00
Cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges. If you cancel a paid plan, access continues until the end of the current billing period; future renewals stop. No refunds.
4) Do you offer refunds?
No. We don’t offer refunds on any plan. The free trial exists so you can test everything before paying.
5) What’s included in each plan?

Automated Webinar (Unlimited): unlimited evergreen sessions & attendees.

Live Webinar (up to 500): unlimited live sessions, up to 500 attendees per session.

6) What video sources can I use?

Upload your video to MasterWebinar (hosting included).

Link a direct MP4 URL or use YouTube/Vimeo.

Reuse live recordings and turn them into evergreen webinars.
7) Can I embed registration or the live webinar on my site?

You can embed the registration button/form on any site (WordPress, landing pages, etc.). The live Watch Room runs on our platform to support chat, polls, and timed CTAs. If you stream to YouTube, you may embed the YouTube player on your site—but engagement tools won’t be available there.
8) Languages & localization
Your funnel pages (Registration, Watch Room, Replay, Thank-You) can be set to any language—all text is editable. The dashboard/UI is in English; if needed, use your browser’s translator (right-click → “Translate to …”). Attendees only see the language you configure on your pages. You can run multiple funnels in different languages.
9) Do you have built-in payments or checkout offers?
MasterWebinar does not process payments inside the webinar room. Use timed CTAs/buttons to send attendees to your own checkout or cart.
10) Integrations
We support dozens of integrations — including MailerLite, ConvertKit, AWeber, Brevo, and many others. Check the full list on our Integrations page.
11) Analytics
Simple, useful metrics focused on attendance and engagement (registrations, show-up, watch time, clicks on CTAs).
12) Support
